FRANK S. MICELI
Frank S. Miceli was born on December 26, 1958 in Great Neck, New York. He attended Holy Cross High School in Flushing, New York before moving to Pennsylvania to complete his high school education at Pleasant Valley High School in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania in 1976. He attended the Pennsylvania State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with highest distinction in May, 1980. While at the Pennsylvania State University he became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and was actively involved in several student organizations.
Mr. Miceli graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1983. During law school he interned with judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mr. Miceli was admitted to the practice of law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in November, 1983. He served as a law clerk for two years to the Honorable William W. Vogel of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Miceli joined the sole practice of Lee H. Roberts, Esquire in March, 1986 and became a partner in the firm in April, 1988. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, zoning and land use, municipal law, family law, wills, estate planning and administration, social security disability, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy and related matters. Mr. Miceli is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Clinton County Bar Associations. Mr. Miceli is a past President of the Clinton County Bar Association.
Mr. Miceli resides with his wife Colleen in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and is the father of Margaret C. Miceli, Esquire, a member of the New York Bar Association, and Stephen P. Miceli. He is a past Chairman of the Spring Township Planning Commission and past Secretary of the Nittany Valley Joint Planning Commission.
